Returning goods

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (please include the tracking number).

Once we receive the goods, the purchase price will be refunded. All returns must be reported in advance to our customer service department.

I received a defective product

If you have received a defective product, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:

• Order number
• Which product is defective
• Description of the defect
• Photographic documentation

If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service department.

All claims for damaged shipments must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

We cannot issue a refund, credit note, or exchange without proof of damage sent to our team.

I received the wrong product

In the unlikely event that you received the wrong product, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

• Order number
• Name of the product you did not receive
• Name of the product you received
• Photo of the product you received

Exchange

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like to exchange a product, we recommend that you return the product to us and then place a new order for the correct product.

Defective products

If a product is defective, damaged in transit, or otherwise non-compliant, the cost of return shipping will not be charged.

If I want to return a product(s)

If the customer has purchased the wrong product, the size does not fit, or simply decides to cancel the purchase, the cost of return shipping and proof of shipment will be borne by the customer.
